Many folk dances are also highly aerobic and can increase your maximum heart rate up to 85 percent or higher. Dancing as an exercise not only proves to benefit cardiovascular health, it also entails many body shaping benefits and will create weight loss. If you dance regularly, you can expect to see these results.
Is a dance fitness workout really worth the effort to create a fitness workout routine? The answer is absolutely yes. The art of dancing in its movement, energy and design has ancient roots as a form of celebration, entertainment, courtship, religious ceremony and tribalism in many world cultures.
